Service scope. The activities carried out for each client are agreed in writing before work begins. Any work outside that scope is agreed separately.

Client responsibilities. Clients remain responsible for their own content, their platform accounts and compliance with the rules of Fanvue and any external platform used for promotion.

Evidence and reporting. Reporting reflects the figures shown by the relevant platform for the period reported. Platform figures can be revised by the platform itself.
